Ann Yi Liu is a creativity facilitator, artist, and producer whose work lives at the intersection of psychology, mindfulness, and creative expression.  Ann spends her time between the United States and Southeast Asia (primarily Thailand). She holds a Master's in Organizational Psychology and brings over a decade of experience designing programs that help people go deeper- into themselves, their art, and their relationships with others.

Her background spans startup and tech incubator environments, organizational development for a children's ed-tech company, and years of producing wellness workshops, retreats, and creative experiences. She is also a copywriter and content producer, and her visual art draws from Chinese watercolor traditions and intuitive abstract painting.

At the heart of Ann's practice is a trust that creativity and relationships are a pathway to deeper self-understanding. Her workshops, residencies, and 1:1 sessions integrate intuitive painting, reflective art practices, and psychology-informed facilitation to support emotional self-regulation and personal growth. Drawing on her expertise in culture design, relational dynamics, and mindfulness, she creates spaces- both physical and virtual — where people feel safe enough to express authentically and connect meaningfully.
